The Fleet Status Module will provide KPIs to the management team and the staff by accurate fleet availability. If fleet drops certain thresholds, an escalation process is followed. The Web UI could be accessed from a PC/Phone and also be displayed on 55 inch plus TVs in Dispatch and Maintenance departments.
This module has a robust backend with phenomenal workflows for providing a single pane of glass for the Management, Maintenance, Dispatch, Scheduling and Wash Bay departments. No more multiple inter department email/phone communication, at all times real-time live status of the fleet. The Maintenance department will get better information for fixing the issues because dispatching department will have ability of adding trouble short codes, problem description about the vehicle resulting in reduced maintenance cycle by getting correct information at the first time from the drivers. The module, also provides integrated Vehicle Registration and Insurance paperwork in the system with reminders for the renewals.
  • One-click vehicle import enables zero manual data entry and automatically populates: Vehicle Type (Rev/Support), Manufacturing Year, Make, Model, Capacity (Passengers & Ambulatory), Registration Number, Internal Vehicle Number, VIN, and generates a unique Vehicle QR Code.
  • If IntelliFleet does not receive direct mileage data, mileage can be imported with one click from third-party sources, saving time and avoiding manual data entry errors.
  • Manual mileage overwrite or entry is supported. IntelliFleet tracks whether mileage was imported or manually updated and performs safety checks to prevent incorrect entries, such as lower mileage values.
  • Short maintenance codes are provided, and additional custom codes can be added for Maintenance and Road Call tickets. Required information fields can be enabled for more meaningful ticket details.
  • Short maintenance codes can be grouped into Preventive Maintenance (PM) activity groups.
  • Preventive Maintenance thresholds with proactive notifications are supported.

Live Tracking

This SaaS offering also provides seamless integration of AVLT and ETA information on provider’s website, terminal lobby signs and Android/iOS mobile apps with advance features such as the tracker app displaying real-time location and ETA of the bus while also locating nearest route of the service provider according to users’ current GPS location. It also displays all active routes automatically according to the time of the day and day of the week as well as guiding the user with step-by-step direction for arriving at the closet stop. The app displays all routes and their corresponding stops with push of a button in addition to displaying all the stops on the map and in the information section in ascending order. The user is able to change search radius of stop from five to fifteen miles and can also check scheduled arrival and departure times according to the stop and the route. Trip planner feature integrates with GTFS feeds and provides end-to-end trip with possible connections with other service providers; most frequently used addresses are saved for reusability. The service provider can also send outbound alerts and informational messages to the users. This app is published in two versions, one with ads and another without ads, for possible ad revenue monetization by the service provider.
